I began my career with an apprenticeship in Germany 20 years ago at the Hyatt Regency Cologne. Following this comprehensive training, I started working at the reception desk during the night shift, where I learned many important skills for my future career. My career then transitioned to finance, where I worked in different roles and eventually held my first leadership position. From there, I moved into F&B and operations. This diverse experience paved the way for my role as a General Manager. Throughout the years, I have worked in six countries and successfully opened two hotels, with Zadar being my third opening.
