My professional journey in the tourism and hospitality industry has spanned over two decades, with a focus on luxury hospitality in the past decade. Driven by an innate sense of adventure, curiosity about cultural diversity, and a passion for travel and exploration, I embarked on a path that led me to live and work in the hospitality industry across three different countries: Canada, New Zealand, and Italy.

Eight years ago, attracted by the dynamic nature of the profession, I eagerly took up a position behind the Concierge desk and immediately fell in love with the role. Here, I discovered my passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences and the immense satisfaction of making the impossible possible, knowing that somehow, somewhere, at some point, I made a difference.

I am incredibly proud to have become one of the first Les Clefs d’Or Concierges working in Croatia.

I also enjoy in representing our profession to students at tourism universities in Croatia – RIT and FTHM, and in mentoring and teaching the new generation of young colleagues as well as participate at HOW festival and other hospitality conferences and congresses nationally and internationally every year.

I am currently working as Head Concierge and Assistant General Manager at The Isolano Hotel, Autograph Collection by Marriott International — the first Autograph Collection hotel in Croatia and the first Marriott hotel on the Croatian islands.
