With nearly 20 years of experience in the hotel industry, Sanela has established herself as a dedicated and accomplished hospitality professional. Her journey began in the sales and marketing department, where she honed her skills in promoting hospitality services and connecting with guests. During this period, she also obtained a master’s degree in marketing management in tourism, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

In the past 12 years, Sanela transitioned to operations. Her commitment culminated in her appointment as the Hotel Director of Hotel Bellevue in 2016. She and her team have been widely praised for their commitment to service excellence, consistently delivering outstanding results in all aspects and memorable experiences to guests.

Sanela is passionate about traveling and learning. She believes that exploring new destinations and cultures enhances her adaptability to change followed by her ability to deliver exceptional hospitality. Currently, she is an MBA candidate, further expanding her knowledge and skills to continue driving success in the hospitality industry.
