Nuša Korotaj is a hospitality leader with over 15 years of experience, specializing in innovative wellness, sustainable business development, and service improvements, with a strong focus on P&L management. She began her career in Slovenia, leading sales and marketing for ski and wellness resorts, and for the last six years, she has been working in Croatia, where she currently manages Terme Sveti Martin, Europe’s first Healthness resort. There, she spearheads wellness and sustainability initiatives, along with modern HR practices, earning numerous certifications and awards. Since 2024, Nuša has been part of the Executive MBA program at Les Roches in Switzerland, further enhancing her expertise in global hospitality management.
