My business and life mantra are simple: Always be in a “student mode” as knowledge and practice make incremental and necessary improvements. Tourism and hospitality is my passion and my lifestyle. Over the past 15+ years, I have acquired extensive knowledge and expertise ranging from sales and corporate business development to marketing and destination management. I found my passion in challenging existing business models to create new and improved ways of running hotel operations.
