My journey has been marked by different fields but all actually were connected with hospitality. Activities such as including event planning, office administration, and customer experience. Each role contributed to my skill set and shaped my understanding of effective service. Currently, as a Housekeeping Manager, for both Accor brands in Zagreb, Movenpick and Pullman, under the management of MPPD, I find fulfillment in my work, where I can combine my administrative, coordination abilities with my love for hospitality. I enjoy working in pretty stable and good spirit team where all are committed to same goals. Deep passion for creating remarkable guest experiences. Leading teams with enthusiasm is something that motivates me and keep me on track. This role allows me to make a meaningful impact on both my team and our guests.
