My name is Fanika Capan, I am 23 years old, and a graduate student at the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management. I am a very communicative and open person. I have been working in tourism and hospitality since I was 17. My personal passion and hobby is preserving and promoting cultural heritage and tradition. I completed my undergraduate studies in Hospitality Management and also obtained a tour guide certification to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills for a more successful career in tourism. This additional training has enabled me to better understand visitors needs, laying a foundation for success in a fulfilling career to which I am dedicated.
