In my daily work I’m focused on employees’ & guests’ experience. Whether it’s Mercure, Novotel, ibis or ibis Styles hotel, I strongly believe that only people build the value of a company. It refers especially in the hospitality sector where digital is crucial. Two years ago, AccorHotels has embarked on a journey with a goal to change the culture and fully apply our motto which is “Treat others the way you would like to be treated”. People – whether guests or employees, are our priority. Guests have changed during the last few years. They expect natural openness, personalization, authenticity and these can be provided by hotels’ teams only if they feel comfortable and supported by managers firstly.
