Joanna Świerkosz is a marketing, communication & guest experience professional. She is highly respected for her strategic thinking and down-to-earth solutions. Within almost 20 years of experience in the hospitality area, she has been successfully executing major projects including development of loyalty program in Accor Eastern Europe or brands and hotels reputation orchestration.
Joanna is currently based in Warsaw and since December 2019 helds the position of VP Marketing, Communication & Guest Experience in Accor Eastern Europe. She is responsible for brand marketing, corporate communication and enhencing guest experience as emotional generator. She is also managing the communication with business partners in Eastern Europe. Being an forward-thinking leader, she’s always focusing on creative approach and builing successful team.
She has been associated with the Orbis Grup since 2005 and after changes in the company’s structure in 2019, continues cooperation as a part of Accor Services Eastern Europe. She began her career at Mercure Warszawa F. Chopin, and then worked as Deputy Manager of the reception of the ibis Warszawa Stare Miasto hotel. Later she was a Brand Manager for the ibis, Etap and Novotel brands. In 2011, Joanna was promoted the Marketing Director in the Orbis Hotel Group, and in 2013 she took the position of Deputy Director of the Sales, Distribution, Marketing & Revenue Management for Poland & Baltic Area. In 2015, she became the VP Marketing, Quality, Loyalty – Poland and Eastern Europe.
