After more than 5 years in corporate function as Director Quality, People Development & Operational Excellence for the Falkensteiner Hotel Tourism, Yvonne Tesch is now Group Director at Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group. Major focus is to drive up quality, define standards & processes to increase performance excellence & guest satisfaction as well to develop all team members within the hotel properties through tailor-made trainings & coachings on the job & spot. Additionally, Yvonne is highly involved with the concept- & product development of actual, refurbished & newly opening hotels in her expertise for Spas, Sport & Active, Entertainment & Family.

Yvonne has more than 23 years experience in the hotel industry, finalized the Hotel School in Klessheim, Salzburg, as well holds a Bachelor degree of the university of Derby, UK, in hotel management. Yvonne started her career path as the first female sommelier in Savoy in London, UK & continued afterwards to work for international hotel groups such as Kempinski, Capella, Hilton in operational leading functions, from F&B Manager to the General Manager in 5 different countries.

One career station was also Croatia, where Yvonne worked & lived in Zadar and was for 3 years the General Manager of the Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Iadera which she developed & positioned with the entire team to one of the top leading resorts of Croatia. Since that time her relationship to Croatia, the culture, the people is a very special and meaningful one.

In 2021 Yvonne has finalized her studies at the Sigmund Freud University in Vienna in Systemic Coaching, Organiszational & People Development. At the moment she writes on her Master: „Inspiring people through a professional onboarding for the hotel- & tourism industry“.
